Through Xacom partnership, TOPEX has the opportunity to distribute its Bytton router
in Spanish market and to expand its business relationships and its worldwide
distribution network with a proven player having requisite skills and experience in
telecommunication services.

Using HSUPA option, the Bytton router enables mobile data uplinks at speeds of up to
1.44 Mbps. In this way, the users of this equipment take the advantage to access the
3G broadband mobile data services at speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps across all 3G network
coverage and to enjoy more services and better communication experiences.
The new version of Bytton equipment is an enhanced version for TOPEX Bytton HSDPA
router used by Vodafone Romania for its MultiOffice 3G Broadband Service and is an
All-In-One device that serves, at the same time, as a terminal simultaneous voice
calls and router for Internet access, as a WIFI Access Point, as a VPN Router with
powerful Firewall, LAN Server and Video Surveillance Server. The router acts as a
voice cost optimizer tool for fixed to mobile calls with Least Cost Routing
capability.
HSUPA technology, recently launched by Vodafone across all Romanian 3G network,
represents an upgrade version for 3G+ networks (or HSDPA - High Speed Downlink
Packet Access) and enables better performance in data transmission helping to
strongly promote mobile IP multimedia services in mass markets. With HSUPA,
operators can provide more services and applications in a more cost-effective mode,
and hence, get a better return from their investments.
