VP of Marketing for Spearmint Rhino Consulting Worldwide, Inc.

Press Release Body: Joining Spearmint Rhino in early 2007, Yamashita was brought on
board as the corporate Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of marketing, public
relations and advertising for all U.S. Spearmint Rhino locations.

As VP of Marketing, Yamashita's duties have expanded and he will now handle the
daily operations of the Marketing Department as well as continue to oversee the
Marketing and Art Departments for all three Spearmint Rhino companies, including
Spearmint Rhino Gentlemen's Clubs, Spearmint Rhino Films and Ninn Worx_SR.
