International Software & Productivity Engineering Institute (INTSPEI) today launched
the beta release of INTSPEI P-Navigator (www.p-navigator.com), a Windows desktop
application based on innovative, patent-pending technology for searching and
browsing the World Wide Web.

\"The Internet is an ocean, a vast, deep reservoir of complex information currents
