Interview with Eastern Music Festival Performer Airs Sunday, July 6

WAKE FOREST, N.C. (June 30, 2008)-TheClassicalStation.org announces today that its
weekly program "Preview!" will feature an interview with cellist Matt Haimovitz. The
interview can be heard during the station's Sunday, July 6 program that airs from
6-9 p.m.

Haimovitz will discuss his upcoming performance at the Eastern Music Festival, his
"Bach in the Bars" tour, as well as his future plans with "Preview!" host Deana
Vassar.

"Haimovitz successfully made the transition from prodigy to inspiring artist and
educator," says Vassar. "He has been my favorite cellist performer since I
discovered his Bach Cello Suites."

Haimovitz will perform at the Eastern Music Festival July 9 at 8 p.m. at Guilford
College\'s Dana Auditorium in Greensboro, N.C.

"Preview!" is a weekly feature that airs every Sunday evening from 6-9 p.m. ET and
presents the latest in classical recordings and upcoming classical events. WCPE's
live broadcast of Great Classical Music, 24 Hours A Day can be accessed around the
