Todd is senior counsel with Foley & Lardner LLP, and is a member of the firm\'s Private Equity & Venture Capital and Transactional & Securities Practices. His practice focus is on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate governance. Todd has assisted a wide variety of clients, both U.S. and international, in the day-to-day operations, acquisitions, divestitures, structuring and financing of various business transactions. Prior to joining Foley, Todd practiced at Greenberg Traurig LLP and completed an internship with the Office of The Attorney General, Department of Public Protection, Boston, Mass. He earned his bachelor\'s degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and his law degree Suffolk University Law School in 1998. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. Todd will serve as Co-Chair of the ACG Boston 2009 Technology M&A Conference.
Elizabeth Hailer, Vice President of Client Development and Marketing ,Vitale, Caturano
As Vice President of Client Development and Marketing at Vitale, Caturano, Elizabeth leverages her 30 years of experience in client development and management, marketing, business plan development and implementation, and human resource management to lead client development initiatives that drive the firm's overall business plan. Elizabeth's areas of focus include brand recognition in the marketplace, enhancement of clients experience, marketing management, and new business development. Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth was national director of marketing/business development for Deloitte, the international public accounting and consulting firm. Elizabeth is a graduate of Skidmore College. Elizabeth will serve as Chair of the ACG Boston Women's Executive Forum.
Keith L. Schlegel, Managing Director, Fifth Third Bank
Keith established the Boston office for the Structured Finance Group of Fifth Third, a $110 billion bank headquartered in Ohio, in 2007; with a business focus on middle market Mergers & Acquisitions. The Group is committed to building relationships with Sponsors and has successfully completed six transactions during the past year, primarily in support of Private Equity Sponsor acquisitions. Actively engaged in the New England M&A markets for the past twelve years, Keith has experience in cash flow, asset based and securitization financings. Prior to joining Fifth Third Bank, Keith held senior positions at Webster Capital, GE Capital and Shawmut Bank. Keith served as Chair of the 2008 ACG Boston Growth Conference in June, and will serve as Chair of the ACG Boston 2009 Growth Conference.
Walter Williams, Partner, Battalia Winston International
With more than 20 years of executive search experience in financial services, consumer products, high technology, professional services, healthcare products, and real estate, Walt is a Partner in the Boston, Massachusetts office of Battalia Winston International (BWI). Walt was selected as one of the top 200 executive recruiters in the world in the book, The Global 200 Executive Recruiters, by Nancy Garrison-Jenn (Jossey-Bass Publishers, 1998). Before joining BWI, Walt managed his own executive search firm, Clarity Partners. Previously, he spent 12 years as a Partner with Russell Reynolds Associates and then served as the Managing Partner for the Boston office of TMP Worldwide Executive Search. Walt earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School. Walt will serve as Chair of the ACG Boston DealMakers Committee.
