at the shelf edge. Four new products - Metal Strip Retailer, Peg-Strip Retailer,

methods of displaying merchandise of various shapes and sizes. The new products all
incorporate new capabilities that leverage shelf displays, enabling users to take
advantage of existing gondola and shelving units.

and hang products in an extended capacity while cross merchandising with any product

The new metal strip retailer is a durable steel construction, powder coated retailer
with hanging hooks and hanging clips. This option outperforms standard plastic
strip retailers. The almond powder coated retailer includes 12 hanging hooks and 12
clips for attaching products.

The introduction of the Peg-Strip retailer allow peg hooks to be inserted in
free-standing 24 inch long stand. Peg hooks can be placed back-to-back on the strip
for two-sided merchandising. The unique design allows peg hooks to lock into place,
making it difficult to accidently knock hook out. Southern Imperial's eHooks
plastic hooks are ideal for use on the Peg-Strip Retailer or hung at shelf edge.

Southern Imperial also manufactures the Masterpiece Custom Printed Retailers that
provide an eye-catching and affordable solution to shelf edge retailing.

"Our Masterpiece Strip retailers add a visual punch to promotions and allow sales to
really blossom, " added Valiulis. The Masterpiece retailers are custom printed
retailers made of frosted or clear polypropylene. Customers can get custom designed
retailers printed and die cut with their own promotion with 2x the graphic
resolution of standard retailers. Pictures and text are sharper and the printing
dot is almost invisible.
