About Parvaneh Kalantari

Parvaneh currently resides in the Happy Valley/ Portland area with her husband,
Derek, and two dogs, Bauer and Spikoli. Having been born and raised in Portland,
Oregon, Parvaneh is more familiar with the Portland-area than most brokers and has a
profound appreciation for the state and all of its natural beauty. She began in the
Real Estate industry at the young age of 19 and through her hard work and
determination purchased her first home at 21. Prior to founding Vitality, she worked
for a local builder and developer, selling over 110 condos in less than one year and
becoming Energy Star and Green Home Certified. After founding Vitality, her
clientele focus has been on first time home buyers and her experience in the
mortgage industry allows her to better assist her clients through the purchasing
process. She has also been able to combine her love of community and the value of
philanthropy into her company by donating 3% of each commission before taxes to a
