Press Release Author: Amy McKeever/ Criterion Global
Industry: Real Estate
Press Release Summary: An international body of judges has deemed Criterion Global a winner in its International Property Marketing division.
Press Release Body: The CNBC Americas Property Awards 2008, in association with The New York Times, has announced Criterion Global a winner in its International Property Marketing division, for excellence in marketing luxury destination development.
Criterion Global has long been a leader in International Property Marketing, serving as advisor to the world’s foremost property developments, hoteliers, and gaming brands. “Our heart and head is in the property sector,” says Criterion Global VP of Communications Amy McKeever. Criterion Global delivers services and counsel critical to property development – global market research, competitive strategy and positioning, international media planning and international media buying, proprietary search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO), and back-end analytics systems that give developers and brand managers tangible, track-able ROI.
Monique Smith, Senior Advisor for Central Europe added, “On the whole, we are selective about the projects we take on. Clients turn to us first for our reputation and intelligence on global investors and end-users; secondly for our track record of successfully syndicating the sales and marketing process to generate returns. We know how to attract and track leads for developers and sales groups. It is very unusual to find this mix of expertise under one roof.”
“Criterion Global is powered by smart thinking and globalisation; the former we take full credit for, the latter we can’t. We know how to articulate a credible market position in a world where the market for real estate investment is widely spread and influenced by both regional and global political and economic forces.” says Dr. Paul Du Quenoy, PhD., Senior Advisor at Criterion Global currently based in Beirut. “Suffice to say, it is a true honor to be recognized by CNBC and the New York Times for our work in International Property Marketing.”
The CNBC Americas Property Awards received tens of thousands of entries in all categories prior to naming Criterion Global a winner in its International Property Marketing category according to organisers. The objective of the awards is to encourage excellence in the property industry worldwide and to recognise and promote an international standard.
Entries were judged by a panel of international independent professionals, chaired by Eric Pickles MP, British Shadow Secretary of State. Their collective knowledge of the property industry is second to none and unsurpassed by any other property awards. (Full list of judges below.)
All in all, there are 21 different categories, some at state and some at the national level. The award will be presented at a glittering gala dinner to be held at the Ritz Carlton in Orlando on November 7th, in conjunction with the NAR (National Association of Realtors) conference in Orlando at that time. At the November 7th awards gala, Criterion Global will be awarded either a four-star, or five-star award, for which Criterion Global will attend the International Property Awards gala, and be judged against winners in the International Property Marketing Category from the CNBC Arabian Property Awards, CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards, and CNBC European Property Awards.
