"JOE PAVICH, JR. is all about Family. He was born and raised in the Chicago land
area. Moved to Estero in his teenage years when the population in Estero was 700. He
graduated high school at Estero high in 1993. Then attended and played baseball for
Edison Community College for 1 year. Immediately following, he also attended and
played baseball at Santa Fe Community College and Graduated with an AA in Business.

residential rentals. He sells real estate as a Broker-Salesperson with his father
