opportunities with technology partners and industry leaders in North America.

As part of its U.S. expansion plan, Micronet appointed Douglas Leu to the new

office in Fair Lawn, NJ, Leu will assume responsibility for software Professional
services in the territory, covering Micronet\'s latest MDT product platforms, the
Net-960 WinCE and on the newly announced M-Series Mobile Data Terminals, running on
ThreadX© RTOS.
