Press Release Body: Raleigh, NC: Sageworks Inc., the developer of ProfitCents, announced today that Sally Glick, Chief Marketing Officer at Sobel & Company, LLC., has been named to the company’s CPA Advisory Board. Members of the advisory board serve as external advisors to the management team and the company’s board of directors to help identify, launch and develop improvements to current products as well as provide strategic direction to new ventures.
Before joining Sobel & Company, Sally was the Director of Marketing at The Videre Group, LLP, in New Jersey. She has spent over 20 years in accounting marketing, serving as the Marketing Director at Pencor LLP and Polaris International, a membership association of over 85 independent accounting and consulting firms in North America, as well as working directly with CPA firms across the country.
Glick’s name has appeared three times on Practical Accountant magazine’s annual Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting list since 2004. She was named Accounting Marketer of the Year for 2003, and is currently the President-Elect of the Board of Directors of the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM), where she also serves as co-chair of the AAM Communications Committee. Ms. Glick has been active in several local AAM chapters, and has served on boards of a variety of other community groups.
Ms. Glick earned her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and her MBA from The Lake Forest Graduate School of Business Management in Lake Forest, Illinois.
