announced today that it has begun shipping the Netussion 20 Secured Access
Management System (SAMS) for Small & Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs) Networks and
Wireless HotSpots. The new 2X series of Netussion products enhances the Internet
performance of these networks at much more cost-effective prices.

The growing popularity of peer-to-peer (P2P) file-sharing applications combined with
large base of notebook users began to haunt the corporate administrators and hotspot
providers. While downloading gigabytes of media files, these applications also share
the files on the hard disks with other P2P users from the Internet, and consume
almost all of the bandwidth available in the Internet uplink. While there may be
still bandwidth left in the downstream paths, the congested upstreams significantly
delay and slow down the requests to the Internet, which result in poor performance
of business-related Internet applications. Netussion 20 optimizes the Internet
performance by dropping these traffic or allocating only very little bandwidth to
the traffic of this nature.

"Bandwidth theft has become a serious issue in many Internet-enabled networks", said
Kelvin Chiang, Executive Vice President of LAXO. "In most cases, these users are in
fact not aware of the damages they have brought to the networks. By installing P2P
applications in the computers, these applications will begin occupying the Internet
uplink as and when they detect the presence of Internet, be it or not the users are
actively pursuing downloads."

The Netussion 20 are also designed with Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI) and
Stateless Filtering firewalls, Wireless User Authentication module, Virtual Private
Network (VPN) module and Policy Based Routing, delivering multiple edge services to
the networks. Netussion 20 carries a suggested end user price of 1500 Singapore
