will be expanding into China by the end of the year.

Shaklee has been working for several years and now announces the next step in their
global expansion! Shaklee received Direct Selling License to operate in China in
March 2007, and since that time, has been establishing the Flagship Pick-Up Center
and 18 Service Centers which are required in order to do business in Beijing, under
the terms of the License. In addition, Shaklee has built and equipped two factories
in China - one for personal care products and one for home care products to be sold
in this market. Shaklee is also working on establishing a nutritional plant.
