The women also discussed the obstacles they must face once they are at the top.
Panelists for the program included: Rusine Mitchell Sinclair, CEO of Girl Scouts, North Carolina Coastal Pines; Patricia Holland Bazemore, chief of the Town of Cary Police; Hilda Pinnix-Ragland, vice president of Progress Energyâs Northern Region; and Melissa Essary, dean and professor of law at the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University. Sharon Delany McCloud, founder of McCloud Communications, moderated the discussion.
