One of the key benefits of implementing CAT analysis is that process complexity is
reduced and this leads to a reduction in the number of errors and mistakes that are
made. Pat Hough explained that these benefits can be realized by large and small
companies. “Large corporations using CAT analysis will save more money in absolute
terms but the percentage gain can be greater in small companies.”
