May 02, 2012, 4:58 pm -- /EPR NETWORK/ -- This May sees the return of ‘Canalway Cavalcade', the annual waterways community festival which has taken place annually in Little Venice since 1983.
The weekend of events – taking place between May 5th and 7th – is being organized by volunteers from the Inland Waterways Association, a registered charity working towards the maintenance and restoration of Britain's canals.
The festival kicks off on Saturday May 5 th at 10am, running until roughly 10pm. Entry is free. For those travelling from outside London, the city's top booking and accommodation website, LondonTown.com is offering discounts on selected London hotel rooms close to the area.
