Around 500 horses and 800 international performers will take part in the special tribute to 60 years of Elizabeth II's reign. Windsor Castle is some distance outside London, but there are a number of nearby hotels available at discounted rates. The Hilton Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 is offering double rooms at a 79% discount - £91 per night – and is located less than four miles from Windsor Castle.
Also nearby, the Thistle London Heathrow Hotel is offering an 89% discount on its usual rate, with double rooms available from just £35 per night.
