Due to the London 2012 Olympics the iTunes Festival is being pushed back to September this year, but the same high calibre of acts will return to Camden’s Roundhouse. HotelMap guides visitors on where to stay

-- /EPR NETWORK/ -- The iTunes festival is back for another month of free gigs in Camden's most iconic venue, the Roundhouse. For the past three years the iTunes Festival has been bringing free music to this small, intimate North London venue. As always, the calibre of acts is high. Already confirmed this year are Usher, Jack White, Ed Shearan, Emeli Sande, Deadmau5, Plan B, Noel Gallegher's High Flying Birds, Labrinth, Jessie J, Biffy Clyro and Mumford & Sons. As with previous years, supporting acts and impromptu appearances will be revealed closer to the time.

Due to the small venue size tickets are limited; interested parties should sign up and register interest online at itunesfestival.com.

Camden is at the heart of London's music scene and has been for many years. The Roundhouse stage has welcomed The Rolling Stones, The Clash and David Bowie, so this year's round of acts at the iTunes Festival will be standing on hallowed ground.

As most of the gigs will finish late in the evening, LondonTown is advising iTunes Festival goers to book accommodation in the capital using its newest hotel searching and booking feature: HotelMap.

HotelMap is a clever and straightforward way to find and book hotels close to all the action. Users of the site can search for hotels on selected dates based on area and vicinity to landmarks and attractions. Results are returned on a map of the capital, easily displaying the exact location of London hotels in relation to roads and rail links as well as landmarks such as the Roundhouse. Price, star rating and any discounts are clearly displayed on each hotel icon.

Hotels near Kings Cross are ideal for access to the Roundhouse and for a speedy exit out of the city on mainline rail connections. HotelMap suggests the following two hotels: the three-star Jesmond Dene Hotel and the four-star London Kings Cross Bloomsbury Holiday Inn.

The former is available from £83 per room, per night and the latter is on offer from £176 per room, per night including a 51% discount available through HotelMap.
