-- /EPR NETWORK/ -- Following on from the successful launch of its new, improved website, housing developer Miller Homes has launched a mobile version of the site to provide house hunters with even greater access to its properties.

The mobile version, which is compatible with all smartphones, is an optimised version of the new website featuring key search functions and allowing househunters to find available properties from Miller Homes while on the move.

Chris Endsor, Chief Executive of Miller Homes, said: “Our new website has proved extremely popular since its launch last month and we’re delighted that we can now complement this further with the introduction of a mobile version of the site.

“As a customer focussed developer, we recognise the importance of providing a comprehensive and quality level of service that meets the needs of potential buyers and allows them to access information they need on new homes quickly and easily. With the incredible growth in the number of people accessing information from smart phones and tablets over the last few years, creating a mobile version of the site became a key element of our online development strategy and we’re delighted to see it go live.

“We are confident that providing both a website with greater online functionality and a mobile version for people on the move will make finding the home of your dreams easier than ever before.”

In the first fortnight of the website’s launch, 30 appointments to view new homes were made on Miller Homes’ new online booking system, two of which resulted in reservations. Visitors to the website have been 16% higher than average compared to the average number of daily visitors in 2011 and the average number of people who have registered each day has risen by 8.9% compared with the average number of registrants per day in 2011.
